Bulk Actions for Follow-Up Management

Feature

Previously, managing follow-ups for 20+ responses meant updating each one individually. Now you can handle them all at once.

  • Select multiple customer responses and update follow-up status in one click
  • Available on both the main dashboard action items and individual feedback point pages
  • Filtered CSV export — download just the responses matching your current filters, not everything

Feedback Form Test Mode

Feature

Until now, the only way to test your feedback form was to submit real responses — polluting your analytics and skewing your data.

  • Preview your feedback form exactly as customers see it — with all your settings, branding, and labels applied
  • Shareable test links (valid 24 hours) so team members can test without logging in
  • Amber banner and dashed border clearly distinguish test mode from the live form
  • "Test Again" button to reset and re-test without refreshing the page

Deep Links to Individual Responses

Feature

When a team member needs to see a specific piece of feedback, sending them to the dashboard and asking them to find it isn't efficient.

  • Alert emails now link directly to the specific feedback point — not just the generic dashboard
  • Contact request emails link to the exact response that triggered the notification
  • Copy a direct link to any response from the response card and share it with your team
  • Linked responses are permanently highlighted so they're easy to spot when you arrive

Team Location Management

Feature

Previously, changing a team member's location access required removing them and sending a new invitation.

  • Edit location assignments for existing team members directly from the team page
  • Add or remove locations without disrupting their account access
  • At least one location is always required — use the remove button to revoke all access entirely

Notification Recipient Editing

Feature

Notification rules were locked after creation — changing who receives alerts meant deleting the rule and recreating it.

  • Add or remove email recipients on existing notification rules with an inline editor
  • When removing a team member, their email is automatically cleaned up from all notifications they were on
  • If removing someone would leave a notification with zero recipients, it's deactivated instead of deleted
