Will my QR codes still work during an outage?
QR codes link to our hosted feedback forms. If the API or database is down, the forms may be temporarily unavailable. Once service is restored, no data is lost and all QR codes will work as normal.
How often is this page updated?
This page performs live health checks every time you visit and auto-refreshes every 60 seconds. The checks run against our production services in real time.
